Welcome to the Wasser House! Our sophisticated cottage is the perfect setting to relax in the Texas Hill Country. Located just minutes from the main street with easy access to the wineries, you are sure to love the location. Come enjoy our refreshing pool and spa or have a meal on the screened-in porch. Our home includes 4 private bedrooms with two twin beds in the bonus room and easily accommodates 10 guests. We look forward to your visit!

The Space:

Wasser Haus offers 2 downstairs bedrooms, 2 upstairs bedrooms, and a bonus room. The downstairs has one room with a king bed, the other with full size, and their own private bathrooms. Upstairs there are two rooms with a king bed in each and a bathroom. There is a bonus upstairs room with two twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 10.

The open floor plan of the living and kitchen area gives it a roomy feel. The kitchen is set up for most cooking tasks and the dining area for evenings in the house.

The wide front porch is great in the mornings to relax and drink your favorite cup of coffee, rocking in the chairs or gliding on the porch swings.

The lovely outdoor space includes a screened-in back patio area where you can dine or for the competitive types, there is a regulation-size ping-pong table. The pool and spa are a great place to enjoy a glass of Texas wine after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg, hiking at Enchanted Rock, and the incredible wine country here. The pool can be heated in the winter months for $50 a day. This home is ideal for couples, families & groups of friends who crave luxury and wish to be near Main St! Your simple walk down one of the intersecting streets will land you directly in the heart of Main Street, where excellent restaurants, and downtown wineries, and shopping abound.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all common areas, bedrooms, closets inside bedrooms, bathrooms, and the pool. Guests will not have access to the laundry room unless needed.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. A few days before Check-In you will receive an Access Code, Property address, and 24 HR On-call phone number- This will be your main contact number after check-in for any questions, concerns, or issues you may have during your stay.

Getting Around:

290 Wine Shuttle service lets you enjoy the best wineries in Fredericksburg. The shuttle picks up every 10 minutes.

For a private ride, Reserve Tours is the best place to call.

Other Things to Note:

We provide hair dryers, iron, and ironing boards as well as Travel size Shampoo, Conditioner, and Soaps for all our guests. Box fans are put in all rooms if desired. All linens and towels are laundered and sanitized for each new guest!

The quote includes a 6% Texas State hotel occupancy tax.
