Casa Rosa

One of the only legally rentable luxury homes in Napa Valley. Our license allows us to rent the entire home. This means more than 3,000 square feet including 4 private bedroom suites, with three king beds, and one queen bed all with fabulous bathrooms. Each room has its own temperature-controlled split AC unit. The upstairs gathering spaces include a large living room with a fireplace, TV, game area, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Downstairs a family room has a huge sectional sofa for movies as well as a fireplace, plus a second, smaller dining area by the 16-foot sliding glass door which leads to the sunny backyard. We also offer “Open Access” so you can enjoy our chef’s kitchen at your leisure.

Just 2 blocks from the shops and restaurants of Main Street, it’s unlike most rental homes far from the attractions. A charming coffee shop is just 1 block away, and the famed Model Bakery (twice on Oprah’s “Favorite Things” list) is only 2 blocks further. For foodies, 60% of the Michelin-starred restaurants and “Zagat’s Best Restaurants” are found nearby in Napa Valley. For families, Carpy Field, the local elementary school’s field, and the playground are just a stone's throw away. Of course, St. Helena is ground zero for wine tasting California’s world-renowned wines from Calistoga, 8 miles north, to Yountville, 9 miles south.

Our vacation home is grandfathered into this residential location, meaning the peace, quiet, and convenience is normally enjoyed by our neighbors, winery owners, congressmen, and the like. We highlight this to remind guests that this special property does not allow for partying or raucous get-togethers.
